Η Ναυαγοσωστική Σχολή Bayline στη Θεσσαλονίκη παρέχει υπηρεσίες εκπαίδευσης που απαιτούνται για να γίνει κάποιος ναυγοσώστης ακτής.

The growing tourist traffic has created new jobs for coastal lifeguards.

Coastal businesses strive to satisfy their visitors and are required by law to provide life-saving coverage.

Η εκπαίδευση για να γίνει κάποιος ναυαγοσώστης ακτής χωρίζεται σε δύο τμήματα: στο θεωρητικό και στο πρακτικό.

Theoretical training requires 20 hours of attendance and takes place at the Bayline offices in a classroom, which has all the modern audiovisual media.

The practical training consists of 40 hours and takes place at the Municipal Swimming Pool of Kalamaria.

For the summer period the training is done on a daily basis


More specifically :

Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday 12.00-18.00 (practical and theoretical training)


SCHOOL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

  1. Certified photocopy of study certificate (lifeguard degree) from a recognized School of Lifeguard Training (the number of the license for the establishment and operation of the school should be written on the study certificate)
  2. Police ID photocopy (the applicant must have reached the age of 18 and has not exceeded the age of 45).
  3. Responsible Statement of Law 1599/1986 (AD 75), with the following content:

    1. I am not prosecuted as a fugitive

    2. I have not been convicted irrevocably or conclusively of intentional homicide, espionage, robbery, theft, embezzlement, fraudulent bankruptcy, smuggling, tax evasion, bribery, extortion, forgery, forgery, infidelity, fraud, infidelity, fraud, fraud, fraud , economic exploitation of sexual life, violation of the law on drugs and intermediaries, illegal fishing using explosives or chemical or plant materials or devices that produce electrical discharges, violation of a.n. 92/1936 and in any sentence with which even a partial deprivation of civil rights was recognized or I have been convicted and five years have passed for misdemeanors or ten years for crimes ".

  4. Certificates or attestations from doctors specializing in psychiatry, dermatologist, physician and cardiologist, private or from public hospitals, from which it appears that the person concerned is mentally healthy, does not suffer from a contagious disease and is medically fit to practice of the lifeguard.
  5. Three (3) recent color photographs, type ID.
  6. Photocopy of a valid speedboat pilot license. This supporting document is submitted after passing the theoretical and practical examinations, for the issuance of the Lifeguard License.

    SWIMMING POOL LIFEGUARD

    The Bayline Lifeguard School in Thessaloniki provides the training services needed to become a Pool Lifeguard.

    Οι ξενοδοχειακές μονάδες έχουν γνωρίσει ιδιαίτερη άνθιση τα τελευταία χρόνια στην Ελλάδα. Αυτό έχει δημιουργήσει νέες θέσεις εργασίας για ναυαγοσώστες πισίνας. Κάθε επιχείρηση είναι υποχρεωμένη να διαθέτει επαγγελματία ναυαγοσώστη πισίνας για την ασφάλεια των επισκεπτών της.

    The training of a pool lifeguard includes both theoretical and practical training. The theoretical part of the program takes place at the Bayline offices in a classroom, which has all the modern audiovisual media. The practical part of the program takes place at the Municipal Swimming Pool of Kalamaria.

    The training, during the summer period, is done on a daily basis, as conditions allow. In addition, there are special fast-paced departments for professionals and hoteliers, while the schedule is adjusted to the program of each interested party after consultation with the instructor.

    More specifically :

    • Afternoon class: Monday - Wednesday - Friday 15:00 - 20:00
    • Morning Class : Tuesday - Thursday - Saturday 11:00 - 16:00

    The instructors of the School are graduates of Physical Education with a specialization in Lifeguarding, well trained in their subject.

    Special high-speed sections for hoteliers and professionals. The lessons are done with special personal contact with the instructor in days and hours that facilitate the interested party.
